With all the uncertainty of COVID-19, many people are asking themselves whether or not to delay their dental care.  So, is it safe to see the dentist? Our office is employing the following protocols to make sure it is safe and that it stays that way:

Pre-screening patients by telephone and again upon arrival for COVID-19

  • symptoms
  • Mandatory no-contact temperature checks for patients and employees
  • Plexi-glass barriers and required masks in reception area
  • Strict infection control program for office decontamination
  • State-of-the-art air filtration units for virus removal

Luckily, the Rogue Valley has not been ravaged by the pandemic like other parts of the country.  Still, those with serious underlying medical conditions may wish to take extra precautions to avoid contact with others.  Just know that we are doing all in our power to ensure you can continue to get the care you need, when you need it, and in the safest way possible.  –Dr. Rice and Staff
